actuated control valves

View our range of control valves, designed for open or closed control loops. They can be used for open/close or proportional flow control of liquid and gaseous media. These valves are equipped with integrated electronics that make control and system integration a lot easier. The proportional valves have either a position or process control module that is controlled by an input analog or digital signal.

The control valves are available as either globe or disc type, with brass or stainless steel housing. They differ in orifice sizes and thus in their output flow – Kv values. The motorized globe valves range from 2 to 10 mm orifice size, while the disc valves’ orifices range from 8 to 25 mm. These valves have two ports with female threaded BSPP or NPT ports.

The valves are operated by a stepper motor which can be controlled by different signals, like 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, PWM or by a fieldbus protocol for digital signal versions. The operating pressure for these valves ranges from 0 to 6 bar (0 to 87 psi) and media temperatures ranging from 0 to 70°C (32 to 158 °F).
