G3/4'' Stainless Steel 304 Check Valve NBR 0.03-16bar (0.44-232psi)

G 3/4 inch check valve made of stainless steel 304 with an NBR seal. The minimum differential pressure across the non-return valve must be higher than 0.03 bar (0.44 psi). The valve has a spring to close the valve when the flow is below the minimum pressure and to prevent backflow. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar (232 psi). The valve is suitable for operating temperatures between -25 and 90° C (-13 to 194° F). The Kv-value is 10.8 m3/h (180 l/min @1 bar pressure). In imperial units: Cv = 12.48 GPM @ 1 psi pressure.

Pros:

• For a wide range of applications thanks to the qualitative corrosion-resistant design
• NBR can be used with water, air, oil, solvents and alcohol

Cons:

• NBR is unsuitable for brake fluid and polar solvents. EPDM or FKM are suitable alternatives in this case
• 304 is less resistant than 316 stainless steel
