Description
This 3-way T-bore brass ball valve with a valve bore diameter of 10 mm is designed for flow direction control. The T-port valve has a T-shaped hole in the ball which allows different circuit functions. By mounting the actuator at a different angular position, the circuit function can be updated. Please see the datasheet for a diagram with the circuit functions.
The valve has G 1/2 inch female threaded ports. This is BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel). With our wide range of 1/2 inch fittings you can connect it to any piping system. This ball valve is part of the BL3BAL series. The housing of the valve is made of brass, the ball is made of hard chromed brass and the seals are made of PTFE/NBR. The valve is suitable for various media, such as water, oil or air up to a maximum of 40 bar (580 psi). For corrosive or aggressive media, a valve made of plastic or stainless steel is better suited. The valve can be used within a temperature range from -10 to 100 °C (14 to 212 °F).
The valve has a flange according to the ISO 5211 F03 norm. This makes the valve suitable for electrical or pneumatic actuation. The valve is not equipped with a handle for manual control.

The valve is suitable for various media, such as water, oil or air up to a maximum of 40 bar (580 psi) The housing of the valve is made of PVC, the ball is made of PVC-C and the sealings are either PTFE/EPDM or FKM/EPDM. The valves can be used within a temperature range from -20 to 80 °C (-4 to 176 °F). The whole series is suitable for electrical and pneumatic actuation thanks to the ISO 5211 flange and not equipped with handles for manual control. The pressure inlet can be on all three ports. The ball valves in the BL3BA series of Tameson are characterized by a long life.
