This 2-way hydraulic ball valve from Tameson with a nominal diameter of 8 mm is used for on/off control. This valve was specially designed for high pressure cleaners.
The valve has female G 3/8 inch ports. This is BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel). With our wide range of 3/8 inch fittings you can connect it to any piping system.
The housing of the valve is made of nickel-plated brass, the ball is made of chromium-plated brass and the seals are made of PTFE/FKM/POM. The valve is suitable for water and hydraulic oil up to a maximum pressure of 210 bar or 3046 psi and compressed air (up to 100 bar or 1450 psi). The valve can be used within a temperature range from -10 to 80 °C (14 to 176 °F).
Use the handle to operate the valve. By rotating it 90 degrees, the valve will open or close. If the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatic control. For this purpose, valves with an ISO-Top flange (ISO 5211) are recommended.
