hydraulic ball valves

Select and buy a manual 2-way hydraulic ball valve online for your application. These hydraulic ball valves are suitable for high pressure applications and provide shut-off control of hydraulic and heating oils. It has 2 ports, an inlet and an outlet, and a ball with a bore in it. They are operated by a manual hand lever to turn the ball 90 degrees, which is why they are often called quarter turn ball valves or shut off valves. Simply turn the handle perpendicular to the pipe to close it and parallel to open it.

Other main selection criteria for manual 2-way hydraulic ball valves include: connection size, seal material, pressure rating, and temperature rating.

  • Hydraulic ball valves with cutting ring are used when connecting the valve to a tube or hose.
  • Hydraulic threaded ball valves are used when connecting the valve to a threaded pipe or component.

Hydraulic applications

Hydraulic ball valves are designed to control the fluid in a hydraulic system. These valves are full bore and can effectively provide shut-off control of hydraulic and heating oils. They can also withstand the high pressure of hydraulic applications. The valves are in a block shape and are leak-free and reliable. Hydraulic ball valves can also be used for applications outside of hydraulics, like water and compressed air applications for high pressure cleaners for example.
