Flanged Ball Valves

Explore Tameson’s wide range of 2-way flanged ball valves from various global manufacturers. A flanged ball valve allows for quick and easy installation into an existing piping system or onto various components. A 2-way flanged ball valve has two ports (an inlet and an outlet) and a ball with a bore in it. They are operated by a manual hand lever to turn the ball 90 degrees, which is why they are often called quarter-turn ball valves or shut-off valves. Simply turn the handle perpendicular to the pipe to close it and parallel to open it. So it is easy to determine visually whether the valve is open or closed.

2-way flanged ball valves are known for their simple operation, reliability, long service life, and wide range of application uses. These ball valves have standardized flange designs and sizes, due to which it is easy to make the counter flange. Standardized lengths (like DIN 3202-F4 or DIN 3202-F5) ensure that you know the space they will occupy or if you need a compact flanged ball valve (typically doesn't adhere to a standard). A wide range of flange sizes, unit lengths, and orifice sizes are available, making them suitable for a wide array of applications.
