Past Winners

2018: Hadia A.

Hadia is obtaining her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in the USA. She wrote an excellent essay illustrating why this degree means so much to her, but more importantly how this degree can help her help others in need. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Hadia kept volunteering at local medical centers aimed at helping children and their families. Hadia has high aspirations after school and we are glad we could help her to help others in need!

2019: Tiffany B.

Tiffany is pursuing an Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on special needs in the USA. Based on her essay, she is a resilient person striving to make a better life through education. In her own words, she wants to "break the cycle" and we hope that this scholarship allows her to do this by pursuing her dreams, improving her future, and becoming a teacher to make a difference in the children's lives around her. We are glad we could help take some of the financial burden off of her during her studies!

2020: Michael D.

Michael is pursuing a Master of Science in Global Affairs with a concentration in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance. His essay illustrated to us his passion for his degree, how it'll help him in his future endeavors, and how it'll help him make a positive global impact. The world is becoming more globally connected and having people, like Michael, that are willing and able to connect on a deeper level across borders and cultures will only make things better. We are glad we could help Michael towards his goal of becoming a United Nations Peace Keeper!
