It is also equipped with a battery safety return (BSR) as an electronic safety function. If power is lost, the battery will power the actuator enough to put the valve back to its normal state (normally open\/closed depends on how it is mounted). The valve is suitable for water, steam, oil, compressed air, fuels, solvents and aggressive media.It has a spindle seal material of PTFE. The ball valve has a 3-piece design allowing it to be taken apart and thoroughly cleaned.
