Kv expresses the flow rate of water in m\u003csup\u003e3\u003c\/sup\u003e\/h at a pressure drop of one bar. The valve can handle pressure of up to 10 bar at 20°C (145 psi at 68°F). It is suitable for temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140°F). The valve is suitable for applications with contaminated water or corrosive media, such as chloride solutions (seawater or swimming pools). The valve body and the ball are made of PVC-U. The sealings are made of PTFE\/EPDM.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe actuator can turn the valve from 0-90 degrees with an operating torque of 40 Nm (higher break torque so please see the manual) in a time of 13 seconds. It requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC\/DC, has an S2 short-time duty cycle (10 min - see manual), and comes with a visual positioning indicator on top of the unit to clearly see valve position. As a modulating actuator, it is equipped with a digital positioning system (DPS) meaning it can position the valve anywhere between 0-90 degrees. It requires a control signal of 4-20 mA (and 0-10V, 2-10V) for positioning.
