2-Way ball valve of nickel plated brass from JP Fluid Control with G1/8 inch pipe threads (BSPP) and a nominal diameter of 6mm. The mini ball valves are very compact. This makes them well suited for applications with little installation space or systems where a low weight is desired. The valve has a handle for manual control. The ball valves in the 928-series of JP Fluid Control are characterized by long life.
|Ports||G1/8" BSP (M/F)|
|Housing||Nickel plated brass (CW 617N)|

|Nominal Diameter||6 mm|
|Max pressure||16 bar|

The valve has one port with female thread and one port with male thread (1/8 inch). This is BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel). With our range of 1/8" fittings, the valve can be installed in any pipe (recommended pipe diameter ± 4 - 8 mm).
This ball valve can be manually operated by a compact rotary knob. By rotating 90 degrees, the valve is open or closed. If the lever is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatical control. For this purpose, valves with ISO-Top flange (ISO 5211) are recommended.
This ball valve is part of the 928 series. The housing of the valve is made of nickel plated brass, the ball is made of hard chromed brass and the seals are made of PTFE. The valve is suitable for various media, such as water, oil or air up to a maximum of 16 bar. For corrosive or aggressive media, a valve made of plastic or stainless steel is better suited. The valve can be used up to a max pressure of 16 bar and a temperature between -10 and 90 °C.
